I make all of my silk and wool scarves using a technique
called nuno felting, which is a type of wet felting.
Soap, hot water, and agitation bind the fibers together.
When do you ship?
All items ship within TEN business days unless otherwise
noted. I use USPS priority shipping on all items. If you
want your package insured, please contact me. I cannot be
responsible for any lost shipments. Please contact me if
you need it sooner, sometimes I have them already made or
am able to turnaround sooner!
Are these colors onscreen exact?
The actual colors can vary slightly from what you see
on your monitor. Each monitor is different and therefore
they all show colors differently.
How do I clean these?
Hand wash in cool water and gentle soap.
Gently press and let water drain away.
Do not place in washing machine.
Rinse in cold water to remove washing liquid.
Dry flat or hang from center and pull to shape.
I use a hand held steamer to soften after washing
or to freshen up a scarf after lots of wear.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship internationally, but please note
that we declare the actual value on the customs form
and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame
as international orders have to go through customs.

My scarf isn’t what I expected, what should I do?
We can’t refund payments on orders, but we want you
